This scholarship program is for high school and college students only.
Number of Scholarships
Up to 15 scholarships are available ($500, $750, or $1000) each.
Select only one of the following scholarship types:
Academic Achievement Scholarship
Eligibility Criteria:
- GPA of 3.5 or higher
- Three recommendation Letters. One from a teacher, and two from a community leader, or employer (if applicable).
- A copy of the applicant’s college transcript, report card, or ACT/SAT (as applicable)
- Record of good conduct.
Financial-Based Scholarship
Eligibility Criteria:
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Three recommendation Letters from a teacher, a community leader, or an employer (if applicable)
- A copy of the applicant’s college transcript, report card, or ACT/SAT (as applicable)
- Proof of financial need such as a copy of income tax papers, W2, etc.
- Record of good conduct
Subject to change based on available funding
Please submit the following in order to be considered for the Mosque Foundation Scholarship:
- Completed application form
- Three Letters of recommendation from.
- A copy of the applicant’s college transcript and a copy of ACT/SAT scores (if applicable).
- A copy of the applicant’s report card for the past two years (if applicable).
- Income tax papers for the past two years (for need-based scholarships ONLY)
- A copy of the Social Security Card and Photo ID.
